The written guarantee you received when the job closed is your proof. Show it, reference it, or just call us. That’s all you have to do.

We Come Back Out

An estimator or technician returns to your property within the response window we’ve committed to. They bring your original job record with them, so they already know what was done and what the written guarantee covers. You don’t have to explain the history of the work. They have it.

We Fix It

If the issue falls under your 365-Day Done Right Promise – and most legitimate callbacks do – we fix it at no charge to you. We use the same manufacturer-recognized brands the original job was built with: GAF, CertainTeed, Owens Corning, IKO, Atlas, Tamko, or Boral, depending on what’s on your roof. The fix is done to the same standard as the original work, because the same Threshold Verified standard applies to the return visit as it did to the first one.

You Sign Off

We don’t call the job closed until you’ve walked through it and agreed it’s right. Your sign-off is the finish line – not ours. If you’re not satisfied with what we did on the return visit, we want to know before we leave your driveway. Every Mercer technician is background-checked and identity-verified before they’re ever dispatched to a home. Before they arrive at yours, you receive their name and photo. When they knock, they present a photo ID badge – the same one that matches what we sent you. They arrive in a clean, marked Mercer uniform. If anyone shows up who doesn’t match what we told you to expect, that visit is on us and we make it right. That is the Threshold Standard, and it applies to every single visit, including return visits and callbacks.

The price for any job – original or follow-up – is written down before any work begins. No hourly rates, no open-ended estimates that balloon on the invoice. A number in writing, agreed to by both sides, before a single shingle is touched. We work with shingles from GAF, CertainTeed, Owens Corning, IKO, Atlas, Tamko, and Boral – manufacturer-recognized brands, not discount alternatives.
